Fidelity Endeavor builds wellness brands by method, not by luck.
The house originates premium wellness brands from strategy through formulation, regulatory pathway, identity and launch — then operates them as an owner. It currently runs two, and the method is built to repeat.
A parent that stays quieter than the brands beneath it.
Fidelity Endeavor is a brand house, not a conglomerate and not an agency. Each brand is formulated and measured on its own terms, with its own accent and its own room to breathe.
The house carries no accent of its own. Its work is the repeatable operating sequence that turns a considered idea into a brand that can stand in a regulated market.
Two in operation. The system holds four.
Folven
Restoration treated as a discipline — a scalp serum and micro-infusion protocol, formulated for a twelve-week cadence.
Folven is positioned where clinical authority meets editorial refinement — a premium hair-restoration brand for the customer who has stopped accepting quiet decline and wants a considered choice rather than a miracle. It launches direct to consumer in Malaysia, with Singapore and Indonesia to follow, each market held to its own regulator-safe copy.
Restoration is a discipline. The register is calm, the packaging is paper and amber glass, and nothing on the surface shouts.
Aurin
A two-formula daily system — Day for energy, Night for recovery — that runs in the background of a well-lived day.
Aurin is the calm, considered daily protocol for high-functioning urban adults — Swiss-formulated nutrition removed from the multi-level cult that dominates the category. The intellectual property is the system, not any single formula: two complementary formulas working in sequence across twenty-four hours.
Energy by day. Recovery by night. Two formulas, twenty-four hours, one quiet protocol.
The repeatable operating sequence a brand is built through.
The same six steps run for every brand the house originates. It is the section investors read, because it is where the thesis is either true or it is not.

01
Brand strategy foundation
Essence, positioning, the customer and the voice are settled before a single visual. The document that results adjudicates every later decision; if a creative round cannot be defended against it, it returns.
-
02
Formulation and sourcing
Swiss and specialist manufacturers, actives at stated concentrations, no proprietary blends that hide their dosing. Every batch is documented against a certificate of analysis and kept with the regulatory dossier.
-
03
Regulatory pathway
The NPRA notification pathway in Malaysia, with ASEAN registration where a market requires it. Claims are written to the regulator-safe floor and a substantiation file sits behind every line. Nothing is described as approved, certified or clinically proven.
-
04
Identity system
Wordmark, palette, type and a guidelines book that outlives the people who wrote it. The system is documented so any future studio or printer can execute it without re-asking, for years.
-
05
DTC launch
Direct to consumer first — considered email, seeded quietly through a small set of creators, no countdowns and no urgency theatre. The customer reads and is not sold to.
-
06
Retention
The protocol becomes routine rather than a project. The relationship is measured in seasons, not campaigns, and the compounding is where the operator earns its return.
The standing disciplines the method runs on.
The method is the order of operations. These are the capabilities a brand inherits on the day the house originates it, rather than assembles for itself.
Regulatory apparatus, standing before a product exists.

Nothing is described as approved, certified or clinically proven — in any market, at any stage.

Theng Sea Ching
Theng Sea Ching founded Fidelity Endeavor after twenty-five years operating inside the Asian wellness industry — managing an eye-specialist practice, leading a Taiwanese supplement brand in Malaysia, and partnering in a Malaysian–Singaporean operation.
He builds the house on a single conviction: that a wellness company can compete on quality and restraint rather than recruitment, and be run as a standard worth leaving to the next generation.
Two doors, one address.
Either door reaches a person rather than a queue. The house answers in the register it is written to.
